The great hall in Master Bolton's manor was prepared for this event. The large desk was set, displaying fine drinks and food. But this meeting was not about dining. The new Exile Captain Nii'karr had asked for this convention. The time had come he finally held the position granting him enough power and backing his word in conversation that he could bring forth his cause. But first Master Bolton greeted his guests. Among them many important persons of Exile, but also of their allies the Servants of Lloth, represented by the Darksoul Leader Grace. After they dined and talked a lot. Drado gave Nii'karr a nod and he stood up. Silencing the round with his determined and eager look he started to talk:
"Good evening my fellow comrades, friends and allies,
the time has come. Our forces are assembled and the land of our foes lies prone. It is time for War. It is time to shed the blood of this mendacious regime, free the people of the towns and make those who oppose us our slaves!
There is nothing that can step in our way, I have commanded my troops in many battles and I know about our strength and our foe's languor. Our fellow friends of the Darksouls and Drow He looks over to Grace and her entourage, raising his glass have proven to be very reliable and ready kinsmen. We are set our ranks are closed while our enemy is unorganised and weak. I know it does not take much to encourage this honourable assembly to attack our foes He smirks toasting again, this time to the round. But this time it is different, this time we can gain land. ((Open War means, any Exile or SoL or otherly associated char sets the whole server hostile on login. Then it is red=dead. Thus they can be attacked by anyone but ofcourse can attack any char on the server. They give out open shouts that an exile member is present and set the server hostile every now and then. The towncitizens have different options, first be attacked, secondly pay a sum of gold to the Exile cause or join exile right away. If they pay or are killed they can not be attacked this day, we will try to keep a list. Basically this is the outlaw system in use again. We want to encourage PvP and give more variety and danger to the server. I would like to have some different opinions on this idea, please write them down in the thread in the General forum. This one is reserved for Rp-Post. Remember in RP this idea only exists within the room of Drado's manor so only exile or SoL members can now about this. The Idea hasn't left the room in any way yet.))
