The thing is when I do that I'm a asshole, and I've been warned by a DM for killing a lvl 40 Exile, 1 vs 1 without warning, I entered he was hostile I attacked him.

And you never saw me killing me a lowbie exile, unless I've been provoked, no logic killing a weaker toon, but that's my option.

Now, I wanna understand if the rules arent the same for all?

The rules should be even handed in their application. If there's a query about how a rule was applied the parties involved can email Taroc or if you like me, but Taroc is the first port.
